  • Good dental care- See your dentists as part of a routine
  • Brush your teeth twice daily and floss
  • Rinse your mouth at least with water after every meal
  • Use a tongue scraper to get the bacteria off of it.  You can wash it with baking soda dissolved in warm water to reduce the acidity in your mouth.  This makes it a no growing bacteria area.

  • Lemon in water helps to refresh your breath

  • Excessive use of alcohol based mouthwash.
  • Chewing gum & Mint, chewing tobacco.
  • Vodka martinis or sour mash whiskey: These will dry your mouth.
  • Brushing with household cleanser: They contain poisonous chemicals.Rinsing with kerosene.
