A new way to do CPR

Watch the Video below and learn to save lives!

Two Doctors from the Mayo Clinic have rewritten the needs of CPR. The procedure was breathing and chest compressions. But now they have discovered that the body holds oxygen for about 10 minutes and so the most important thing needed is to keep that oxygen rich blood flowing through the body.

So remember:

  • Do not even check for a pulse
  • Rub there sternum hard
  • Put one heel of your hand on the sternum, the other on top and push at least 2 inches down
  • Do 100 beats a minute
  • Do Not stop
  • Do not use on kids under 8
  • Do not use on respiratory distress
  • Do not use on drowning patients

Do the compressions only and save a life.
